Policies

Prospective Tenants

• A credit check is required for all prospective tenants.
• All tenants must provide a security deposit in the amount of one month’s rent.
• Unless otherwise specified, all leases are for 12 months. CMT, Inc. does not rent month-to-month.
• Pets are not allowed in any CMT, Inc. units. This includes dogs, cats, and birds, rabbits, hampsters, etc.

Current Tenants

• Subleasing is the responsibility of the tenant. All prospective subleasees must be approved by CMT, Inc. Costs of advertising for sublease are the sole responsibility of the tenant.
• Rents must be postmarked by the 5th of the month. The late fee is 5% of the rent due.
